QUITA FIELD
The Quita Field includes ten active wells and encompasses 400 acres of land in Brown County, Texas and was originally operated by Conoco and Hess Oil companies. Nine of the wells are drilled the Ellenberger Formation, a limestone and dolomite formation that covers large parts of West Texas and one well is drilled to the Caddo Formation, composed of interstratified clays, marls, and limestones, together with some siliceous material.
Xtreme is the operator and owner of 97% of the working interest of the Quita Field. We began producing from the field in April of 2008 and have produced several thousands of barrels of oil to date.
