Jeffrey J. Chad, LL.B., P. Eng., of Dallas, Texas is the President of the RieChad Group of Companies, a group of private investment companies with various interests in oil and gas development and exploration within Alberta, Canada and Texas. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Chad was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Endeavour Resources Inc. a successful junior oil and gas company listed on the TSX. From early 1983 to 1989, Mr. Chad was Vice President of Signalta Resources Limited, and a engineer and manager of an oil and gas corporation with annual cash flow in excess of $20 million and a capital budget of $15 million. Mr. Chad received his LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School, Halifax, Nova Scotia and his B.Sc. Engineering Physics (Honors) in 1980 from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario.

David C. Arndt, Petroleum Engineer, has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Penn State University and has over 35 years experience in the domestic and international oil and gas industry. Mr. Arndt has managed field personnel and productions operations including five waterflood projects with over 400 wells and has managed engineering and operations for companies such as Conoco, Inc., Sundance Resources, Inc., and The Scotia Group. Mr. Arndt has supervised and directed an engineering staff of 22 engineers and developed drilling programs and economics studies on exploratory and development projects in North Dakota, Mid-Continent, Texas, Gulf Coast, Middle East, and Southeast Asia arenas.
