Xtreme Oil & Gas, Inc. (OTCQB: XTOG) is a growing independent energy company based in Plano, Texas. We are engaged in the oil and natural gas exploration, development and production business with projects and properties located in the southern United States. The majority of our current and planned activity is centered in West Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma. Our main focus to date has been acquiring oil and gas properties with a history of production and/or a significant amount of exploratory history showing strong reserve potential. This strategy enables us to greatly reduce the risk and operational cost structure of each project we undertake.

The Company operates and owns the mineral rights to several properties in Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma encompassing over 10,000 acres with millions of barrels of recoverable oil.
